The asphalt plants/asphalt mixing plant is one plant that is used for mixing the dry warm aggregate, padding and asphalt for homogeneous mixture at the required temperature. It is widely used for construction of highways, city roads and parking lots.

A typical asphalt plant consists of several components, including a dryer drum, cold feed bins, a conveyor belt, a hot elevator, a vibrating screen, and a storage silo. The dryer drum is where the raw materials are heated to high temperatures to remove any moisture. The hot elevator then transports the heated materials to the vibrating screen, where they are screened to remove any oversized materials. The final mixture is then transported to the storage silo for future use.

1. Cold aggregate supplying system
1. Protective plates on both sides of the aggregate hoppers to avoid sundries getting into the aggregates and conveying belt;
2. To make the supplying smoother, vibrators are equipped below each hopper;
3. Adds grid plate at top of each hopper to buffer the shock from aggregates flow, meanwhile it screens oversize aggregates;
4. Conveying belt is protected by dustproof cover to reduce dust emission;
5. Adds belt cleaners and pinch rollers to make the aggregates supplying more fluent and accurate, besides, they also extend the belt durability;
6. Small vibrating screen is added between belts, to further screen oversize aggregates; 
7. The supplying system has insufficient material alarm system, ensuring a safe and smoothly production.

2.Drying drum system
1. Driving drum is equipped with auto lubrication device, greatly reduces labor cost;
2. Different areas inside the drying drum have different blade configurations, which can handle aggregates in different processes;

1. After signing the contract, the Buyers may, at his own cost of board, and round trip ticket, dispatch their technician to the Sellers factory to receive free training including free accommodation.
2. The time of warranty is one year .Within this period, if the equipment has some malfunction, the seller will investigate the malfunction. If the equipment can not work well, the seller will send one technician together with the spare parts to the worksite to repair it. If customer can supply the sufficient evidence to prove the fail-running is due to   the quality of our equipment, all the cost of the Technicians and spare parts are on seller sides.  If the equipment cannot work because of incorrect using or the irresistible destroy of nature the seller will charge the corresponding repair cost.
