Product Description

The asphalt plant is mainly composed of batching system, drying system, hot material lifting, screening, storage, weighing system, mixing system, thermal oil heating and asphalt supply system, dust removal system, powder supply and dust recovery system, gas circuit control system, finished product silo, electrical control system and central control room.

The main assembly of the whole machine adopts modular structure, reasonable layout, simple and compact structure, no oversize of each system during transportation, suitable for container transportation, convenient and quick installation and removal.

1.Cold Aggregate Supply System
Detachable structure is more suitable for transportation, and can guarantee large capacity.
Seamless ring belt, more reliable, can be used for longer time.

2.Drying Drum
ABB motors, hard-teeth reduction gear, friction driving, drum rotating stably.
Optimized lift blade design, make sure heating equably and high energy using ratio.
With 50mm insulating layer and stainless steel skin, avoid heat be lost.
 
3. Burning System
The burner can use oil, gas, coal. Oil circuit system is separated with the burner body, safe and convenient and flexible. The working pressure of the oil pump is 12 bar, long service life, oil selection is wide.
 
4.Dust Collection System
Two level dust collection system (wet collector + bag collector), with high and low temperature protection device for the system security.
 
5.Mixing Tower
Both aggregate and filler elevators are equipped with a double ring chain bucket, which is more reliable and convenient for maintenance.
Twin shaft compulsory asphalt concrete mixer, high mixing efficiency and long life.
Bitumen is sprayed into mixer through a special designed spray bar with high pressure to reduce feeding time and increase mixing uniformity.
Totally enclosed type circular vibration screen, modular design, vibration motor driving, low maintenance and long life.
Double layer much bigger hot aggregate storage hopper can effectively guarantee the continuity of the supply of hot aggregate; with 50mm insulating layer to avoid heat be lost.
 
6.Bitumen Supply System
Volume and number of bitumen tanks can be adjusted according to customer's requirement.
Oil heating type, the bitumen can be heated equably.
 
7.Filler Supply System
The standard stacked filler silo design is more convenient for connection with main tower and requires less space for installation.
Volume and number of filler silos are customizable.
8.Control System
Automatic/manual control system, with fault self-diagnosis process, easy to operate.
