1.Cold Aggregate Supply System
Detachable structure is more suitable for transportation, and can guarantee large capacity.
Seamless ring belt, more reliable, can be used for longer time.
Frequency convertor control, infinite variable speed adjustment, more accurate and can save energy.
2.Drying Drum
ABB motors, hard-teeth reduction gear, friction driving, drum rotating stably.
Optimized lift blade design, make sure heating equably and high energy using ratio.
With 50mm insulating layer and stainless steel skin, avoid heat be lost.
3. Burning System
The burner can use oil, gas, coal. Oil circuit system is separated with the burner body, safe and convenient and flexible. The working pressure of the oil pump is 12 bar, long service life, oil selection is wide.
4.Dust Collection System
Two level dust collection system (wet collector + bag collector), with high and low temperature protection device for the system security.
5.Mixing Tower
Both aggregate and filler elevators are equipped with a double ring chain bucket, which is more reliable and convenient for maintenance.
Twin shaft compulsory asphalt concrete mixer, high mixing efficiency and long life.
Bitumen is sprayed into mixer through a special designed spray bar with high pressure to reduce feeding time and increase mixing uniformity.
